If you change your name or address, please contact the Registrars.

You can elect to receive communications online rather than in paper form by registering online at Shareview.co.uk.

The latest version of the Annual Report can be downloaded from the Results and Trading Updates section of the website. You can register your preference not to receive future copies through the post by contacting our Registrars.

If you would like to receive hard copies of the Annual Report and other shareholder communications, please register this preference with our Registrars.

Please refer to the Financial Calendar for details of forthcoming dividend payment dates. For details of past dividends please see the Dividends section.

You will receive your dividend cheque in the post unless you have completed a dividend mandate form, in which case your dividend will be paid directly into your bank account.

We encourage shareholders to have their dividends paid directly into their bank account in order to avoid the risk of cheques being lost in the post. If you currently receive your dividends via cheque and would instead like them paid directly into your bank account, please contact our Registrars.

Burberry offers a DRIP which enables shareholders to use their cash dividends to buy further shares in the Company. Full details on the DRIP, including an application form, can be obtained from the Registrars.

The Company may from time to time offer a low cost share dealing service. Shareholders will be contacted in relation to this when the service is available.

Shareholders with a small number of shares, the value of which makes it uneconomic to sell them, may wish to consider donating their shares to charity through ShareGift, a donation scheme operated by The Orr Mackintosh Foundation (registered charity 1052686). If your share certificate is lost or has been stolen, please contact the Registrars.

Shareholders who have more than one account may avoid duplicate mailings by contacting the Registrars and requesting the amalgamation of their accounts.
