What do I need to do if I change my personal details?

If you change your name or address, please contact the Registrars.

How can I receive communications online rather than in paper form?

You can elect to receive communications online rather than in paper form by registering online.

Can I view the Annual Report online instead of receiving a copy through the post?

The latest version of the Annual Report can be downloaded here. You can register your preference not to receive future copies through the post by contacting our Registrars.

How can I elect to receive hard copies of the Annual Report and other shareholder communications?

If you would like to receive hard copies of the Annual Report and other shareholder communications, please register this preference with our Registrars.

When are dividends paid?

Please refer to the Financial Calendar for details of forthcoming dividend payment dates. For details of past dividends please see the Dividends section.

How will I receive my dividend?

Please note, given the current uncertainty, the Directors have not declared a final dividend for FY2019/20. The Directors will review future dividend payments at the end of FY 2020/21. Further information can be found on our dividend page.

We encourage shareholders to have their dividends paid directly into their bank account in order to avoid the risk of cheques being lost in the post. If you currently receive your dividends via cheque and would instead like them paid directly into your bank account, please contact our Registrars.

Do you offer a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)?

Burberry offers a DRIP which enables shareholders to use their cash dividends to buy further shares in the Company. Full details on the DRIP, including an application form, can be obtained from the Registrars.

Do you offer a share dealing service?

The Company may from time to time offer a low cost share dealing service. Shareholders will be contacted in relation to this when the service is available.

Can I donate my Burberry shares to charity?

Shareholders with a small number of shares, the value of which makes it uneconomic to sell them, may wish to consider donating their shares to charity through ShareGift, a donation scheme operated by The Orr Mackintosh Foundation (registered charity 1052686). My share certificate has been lost/stolen, what do I do?

If your share certificate is lost or has been stolen, please contact the Registrars.

I have received more than one set of accounts or other documentation. How do I stop this?

Shareholders who have more than one account may avoid duplicate mailings by contacting the Registrars and requesting the amalgamation of their accounts.
